Currently we are a one man show with our founder Pablo Narez. However, we have a strong and trusted relationship with subcontractors and designers. We only work with licensed, bonded, and insured specialty subcontractors that have a proven track record of reliability. Unforeseen circumstances will always happen in construction but our team is prepared to handle those circumstances with the upmost professionalism.

One of our most important partnerships is with Buildoly an ADU design firm founded by Jeff Cheung. Buildoly was founded by Jeff to streamline the design and permitting process of ADUs. They have pre-approved drawings in California that makes the permitting phase faster compared to traditional custom designs. We have partnered with them because we know the design phase will be handled with the upmost care and will smoothly transition to the construction phase with us at the driver seat.
